When a use send ticket via email and attach a picture or screenshot, but I can not see the screenshot in the ticket, what shoud I do?

Go to Configuration > Attachments and check if you have ticked "Allow email attachments"

My means, if user submit a ticket and include a file, such a screenshoot, when I deal this ticket, I only can see there is a attachment file, I want preview the picture.
