  • 1.       I want to know about Dashboard Ticket Activity
    Graph, how does it works and how it is generating?

Kindly explain it by technically.

  1. 2.  And especially in the Statistics Tab, Department |Topics |Agent
    they calculating
    Service Time and Response Time.

How they are calculating, please explain it by technical manner

  • You would have to look at the source, and determine that.  Most people ignore the dashbaord because its horrible and slated to be revamped in a future release.
