I'm trying to enter in my POP settings for my support email address and every time I try to save it, it kicks me to what appears to be a broken login screen to submit a ticket? I have added a screenshot below.

We're using Google Apps for Business, so the mail settings are Google's. Don't know if that makes a difference.
Please help!
