Time tracking for tickets

Hi there,

We would like to be able to track the time we spend on tickets. This is to track how much time we spent for each customer every month.

A simple but effective solution would be an additional field in the ticket with the time (in minutes) and an additional table with the "ticket-number => ticket-time" records.

Anyone else here that would also need to be able to track the time needed for resolving tickets?

  • There are a couple ways to do this.  one is with custom fields. 

    The other is with the Time Tracking mod.

  • Hi I had a look at the above time tracking mod. I installed it with no errors as per the install doc but none of the features show up. Am i missing something? I am running OsTicket 1.10.1

  • @jdunne you would need to contact the author of that 3rd party mod for support.
