We would like to be able to track the time we spend on tickets. This is to track how much time we spent for each customer every month.
A simple but effective solution would be an additional field in the ticket with the time (in minutes) and an additional table with the "ticket-number => ticket-time" records.
Anyone else here that would also need to be able to track the time needed for resolving tickets?
