why is the SLA and overdue tag removed when a ticket is closed?
Is this a bug or a feature?
I also want to filter for overdue tickets which have been closed.

Ok... but if you want to evaluate why a ticket became overdue after it is closed (maybe by the service quality manager) it is difficult to find these tickets.It would be better if the closed overdue tickets will keep their overdue flag but will be moved from the overdue cue to the closed ticket cue.
