Hi all,I'm trying to make it super duper easy for an agent to create a ticket. We have ICT lead teachers at our many schools who are only interested in their school tickets. Basically I want them to default to the school they are responsible for, and when they create a ticket they don't need most of the fields there.All I need is: usernameSLA planIssue title Issue contentEverything else should be automatically filled in. IS there any way to limit the new ticket form to just the above four values and let filters sort the rest out?
