Version of osTicket?Server environment?Did you get and download the archive from osticket.com/download ?Q: Was this written to only run on a case insensitive OS?A: No.Q: or is there a fix for this?A: Does the file actually exist in the path?
files was downloaded from osticket/download filename is osTicket-v1.9.12.zip( http://osticket.com/download/go?dl=osTicket-v1.9.12.zip )appears the linux's available unzip converts all file-names to lowercase and has no option to not change the case (they can be converted to all UPPER case )Luckily I had another OS wher I could unzip the files and then transfer them case unchanged.Learned that if I need mixed case files in a linux>-->Other OS environment do NOT use ZIP files Problem resolved
I also saw blank page in Apple Safari. Just used Mozilla Firefox and Setup appears! Also, if your hosting using PHP7, you will get blank page.
My problem was the case of the filenames. The problem has been resolved by extracting the files in another OS then transferring to linux. The links in my initial post will now show blank pages and this is okay now.
Closing as resolved. Thanks for sharing your solution with us :) jcq6G, feel free to start a new discussion for another topic.
