Is it possible to set separate email address in osticket for end users, to reply for auto generated email? or prevent in replying for close ticket status through email.

Sure.We have done this the following way:- We made sure the subject contained the ticket status - We created a ticket filter for emails to reject all email which contain in the subjectCheers,Michael

I guess the issue was my bad - the variable is
%{ticket.status} and not {%ticket.status}
