Dear all,I upgraded to OSticket 1.9.12 two weeks ago. Ticket system works fine so far. But I am experiencing a strage behaviour. mysqld service runs from time to time up to 100% and only a mysqld service restart helps. After a deep inspectin of this behaviour, found out that when i seach for e.g. tickets from "Martin" the auto complete function shows some possible combinatins (user e-mails). Since i want to search for a name that user "Martin Aston" has typed in in the field Full Name and reject the auto complete proposal, press search and mysqld service shows 100%. Doesn't matter if you wait 10sec or 5min the CPU runs at 100%.Looking at different entries, wasn't possible to find any hints on how to solve this issue. I need a hint on how, at least, not to drive mysqld crazy and restart the service. at least a catch function, if search content can't be found, then do nothing and delete the entry so that mysqld remains calm and no service restart is required.---USED Software---Windows 2012R2IISPHP 5.7MySQL 5.7OSTicket 1.9.12
