We've been using tablefilter (http://koalyptus.github.io/TableFilter/) to great effect in some of our other web pages. I thought I'd have a go at integrating it into OS ticket and despite my initial thoughts being that it was a big change to try as my first OSTicket customisation it appears to have gone well. We now get an input box at the top of each column in the staff ticket view allowing us to filter the jobs using javascript without reloading the page. If I'd known it was going to be as straight forward as it was I'd have written something up. If anyone is interested let me know below and I'll see if I can post some code. It involves adding a few columns to the table, removing the pagination to allow table filter to do this and changing the styles to allow for the additional width...C
Personally I'm not interested, but that doesn't mean others aren't interested too.So go ahead and share some of the changes you did ;)
You could also submit this as a pull request on github so if the devs are interested they could merge it with the project.
