Hello,Installed osTicket on a dedicated server and I have a problem,when I create a new ticket in osTicket, my new ticket is automatically placed into the category closed.I have no way to change its category because it displays a list of statuses.In the settings I can not change the default status, because it does not appear in the list.Server: DedicatedSystem: Debian 8, apache2, mysql 5.5All required packages php installed.I checked on other systems, ubuntu, centos. a symptom of the same.To make it more interesting, I installed osTicket at my web host providers and working properly, and I have to have it on a dedicated serverIs anyone can help?
