Dear OSTicket Team, first of all I would like to say thank you for an amazing piece of software. I cant believe how smooth it has been running so far and the amount of customisation possible. I had looked into SaaS helpdesks quite a lot and what they sometimes offer is a fraction of the functionality. So well done you guys!Now my question:We are an SME and would like to use OSTicket for our end-user support. We have different products and different fault codes for each product. I would like to integrate capturing product and fault code into the ticketing process. The best way I found to do this is to set the products as help topics and then have a custom form attached to the help topic with the responding fault codes set up as custom list. This has worked well but my problem is that if I want to export tickets for a fault analysis / reporting that the custom list elements (the fault codes) are not exported. On the other hand if I append the fault codes list to a build-in form such as "ticket details" then the custom list elements are in the export file. But if I would go down this route I would have to add all fault codes for all products into one custom list. Its certainly possible just that a) that means the custom list is a lot longer and b) fault codes also exist as a field for other help topics such as General Inquiries or Marketing/Sales questions. Is there a way to make custom list elements show up in the export .csv when having them set up as a custom form attached to a Help Topic?I had hoped this would be possible in 1.10 RC2 but I have just seen it is not. I guess so far down the line of a new version there are no plans of adding this functionality for the final version? I am currently using 1.9.12 ThanksMatt
