In admin panel -> Settings -> Autoresponder I've checked "Submitter: Send receipt confirmation" and "Participants: Send new activity notice", but when I add new answer (as support), user dot't receive an e-mail notification.I try to send e-mail from Emails -> Diagnostic - good, mail was received.When I create new ticket - email received too.Can you help me with this problem?
