Email not showing up in Ticket Thread

Whenever a user replies by email to an open ticket (one I have replied to using OsTicket) it does not appear in the ticket thread when I log back in.

Is there a setting to show all the replies?

    Replying via email or ui?
    Have you setup email?
    Are you running cron.php?

    Is there anywhere someone can point me to which explains how set OsTickets to have all replies displayed in each ticket's thread, rather than just the default email?

    I have no idea what you mean.... All responses are displayed in the ticket thread.
    Perhaps you should help us to help you by answering the questions that you were asked.
