This is a very trivial request so I understand if it's frowned upon.But currently if you copy and paste a ticket number from an email that is sent to the end user... typically you get a # on the front of it. ie #000001.The Current Version doesn't parse the #. This was confusing at first but would be nice if this was parsed out and it just moved on to letting the user update the ticket.
You could simply edit the end user email templates and remove the # ;)
Edit the templates sets under Admin Panel > Emails > Templates
