Ticket history

Hi everyone,

how to enable the ticket history for the users, i tried to open a support ticket myself, I opened many with the same mail but i cannot see something like it.



  • Users log into the ticket system using their username and password.  And they can see all their tickets.
  • Hi thank you for your reply, i dont use the log-in method, they are just logged in on reply... is there a way to have it as well?
  • No.  It's one or the other.  If they use their accounts they see their tickets.  If they do not, then they do not.
