Modify Text on Ticket Page

How do I modify the text in the Post A Reply box on client tickets?

  • This is not a "mods of customizations".  Moving to Installations and Setup Help.

    Go to: Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details
    click on the Config button for Issue Details.
    Edit the Help Text field.
    Click Save.
