Hi, we are getting email loop and it is reopening all the closed tickets automatically. Tickets are opened from our IP address and email id shows there email@example.com. Please note our system email ID is firstname.lastname@example.org and it is the secondary mail address of email@example.com.
osTicket settings are:
Default email : firstname.lastname@example.org
Default alerts : email@example.com
Admin's Email : firstname.lastname@example.org
Default MTA : email@example.com
earlier everything was working fine. but then suddenly it stops working after shifting to a new server. Alternatively we put firstname.lastname@example.org in banned list in osticket panel. Now tickets are not reopening however ticket denied logs are creating. after putting that in banned list email fetching is not working. Please help
