Hi, we are getting email loop and it is reopening all the closed tickets automatically. Tickets are opened from our IP address and email id shows there firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note our system email ID is email@example.com and it is the secondary mail address of firstname.lastname@example.org.
osTicket settings are:
Default email : email@example.com
Default alerts : firstname.lastname@example.org
Admin's Email : email@example.com
Default MTA : firstname.lastname@example.org
earlier everything was working fine. but then suddenly it stops working after shifting to a new server. Alternatively we put email@example.com in banned list in osticket panel. Now tickets are not reopening however ticket denied logs are creating. after putting that in banned list email fetching is not working. Please help
