Email loop creating

Hi, we are getting email loop and it is reopening all the closed tickets automatically. Tickets are opened from our IP address and email id shows there help@mydomail.com. Please note our system email ID is help@mydomain.in and it is the secondary mail address of help@mydomain2.com.

osTicket settings are:
Default email : help@mydomain.in
Default alerts : alerts@mydomain.in
Admin's Email : myname@mydomain.in
Default MTA : help@mydomain.in

earlier everything was working fine. but then suddenly it stops working after shifting to a new server. Alternatively we put help@mydomain2.com in banned list in osticket panel. Now tickets are not reopening however ticket denied logs are creating. after putting that in banned list email fetching is not working. Please help

  • You will have to locate where the loop is being created (most likely this is on your mail server).
