Language based issue

hi

the default language [Italian] not showing properly. but if use the language button on right top it works perfectly. Kindly look the url - http://impiantiecomputer.myqnapcloud.com/Supporto/index.php

in admin the default language changed to Italian

plz help

    Did you choose that as the default language when you installed? (No not after when you were configuring, but actually during installation)

    I upgraded the version 1.9.11 to 1.9.12.
    With version 1.9.11 did not have this problem.

    Since you upgraded did you also upgrade your language pack?

    You are aware that the multilanguage feature in osTicket is not complete right?

    along with osTicket 1.9.12 I also updated il.phar because I saw that the latest update date.
    That said is that with version 1.9.11 and the thema of webarc 2.0 did not have this problem, now with osTicket 1.9.12 and the thema of webarc 3.0 I have this problem.

    yes. I found the issue. the text in the index page for conversion & the language file text are little bit different. now Italian issue solved.

    below example
    in index.php - We provide archives and history of all your current and past support requests complete with the responses.
    in fr.phar - We provide archives and history of all your current and past support requests complete with responses.

    onee the is missing... that is all
