new message auto response

hello..how do i want to disable this email notify to client?refer attachment.. for now its only send this notify to client and NOT send to admin/agent..

 Confirmation sent to user when a new message is appended to an existing ticket.

so is there any setting that i just want to send notify only to agent so that they will know new msg reply from client for that ticket no.

    I haven't the foggiest idea what you are asking.

    Controlling what gets sent to the user (client) is controlled at: 
    Admin panel -> Settings -> Autoresponder

    Controlling what gets sent to agents, departments, managers, etc is controlled at:
    Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts and Notices
  • I just want to diasble new message auto response only.. Not to all notify to client to be diasble..

  • 1 more question on this.. what different between this 2 template.. is that setting this notify in autoresponder tab?

  • It's in the help text.  The first one is on filter matches, the second is not.
