Shared Server - API - Invalid API key

I have a website at siteground, and ive installed OSticket, i want to post the ticket from a form that i have on my site using API's

i have created a key by using the IP where the request will be orginated, however it keeps saying Not Valid Key, and also error logs get generated

Since its a shared hosting, the website is not able to be reached using a IP address. the IP is not a dedicated server.
