email not send to client and agent

Hello..please help why email not send to client and agent..but if i try to use Admin Panel - Emails - Diagnosic everthing work fine and email succesfull send..

i already do the setting like this but still same..

Controlling what gets sent to the user (client) is controlled at: 
Admin panel -> Settings -> Autoresponder

Controlling what gets sent to agents, departments, managers, etc is controlled at:
Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts and Notices

  • when check in php log..the error like below

    [22-Apr-2016 15:22:43 Asia/Brunei] PHP Warning:  mail(): Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in E:\helpdesk\include\pear\Mail\mail.php on line 153

  • It appears that you answered your own question.  "Failed to connect to mailserver".
