email not send to client and agent
Hello..please help why email not send to client and agent..but if i try to use Admin Panel - Emails - Diagnosic everthing work fine and email succesfull send..
i already do the setting like this but still same..Controlling what gets sent to the user (client) is controlled at: Admin panel -> Settings -> Autoresponder
Controlling what gets sent to agents, departments, managers, etc is controlled at:Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts and Notices
