Window Appears When Deleting Tickets Is Blank

Hi Everyone,  I just installed osTicket yesterday on my website.  Everything works just fine except for one thing.  When I am on the Agent side and I try deleting or changing the status of a ticket, a white box appears in the middle of the screen saying "Loading" briefly, but that disappears and the box remains empty.  On other places this window appears just fine; it is only when deleting or changing the status when it does not display.

I'm using GoDaddy as the web host and I've read that that may be part of the problem, but I'm not convinced as other windows display just fine within the site.

Any suggestions?  Thanks.

    Many people have reported issues running osTicket on GoDaddy servers.  Some filter rules they use block AJAX requests and break a few things here and there.
