Admin user can't reassing tickets


    sorry for my poor english, i have two admin users, one user can reassign all tickets, but another admin user can't reassign other user's tickets, both users have seperate group access, how can i give reassign access to all admin users, is any settings available? or need to work in code? please suggest me


  • whether or not you can assign tickets has nothing to do with if the user is an admin.
    Check their group permissions.
