Department Category & Help topics in User Login

Hello All,

I have configured OSTicket and I have automated with email. we have multiple department. so when the user log in using web portal to raise a ticket. They are unable to select the department. In Help Topics, they are selecting their issue type. When the agent logging in, Agent can able to select the Department and Help topic as well. so is there any way for user also can able to get the window? like Agent is selecting Department and Help Topics.

    A: No.

    Based on the Help Topic the user selects you would route the ticket to the proper department.
    Admin panel -> Manage -> Help Topics -> each help topic -> Department.
