Adding a deleted Admin user back to Staff

Version - v1.9.3 (bba9ccc)
Appache Version - Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) PHP/5.4.16

I created a Staff Admin user, just after we restored a backup of osTicket due to a different issue, we did not catch that the date on the system, were osTicket runs from was one day behind, May 5 the user was created, May 6 was the actual date.  We corrected the date on the system, I deleted the user, in the Admin panel, then tried to create the user again with the correct date.  When he tried to login, we get the message access denied.  Tried resetting the password, with option to change, still not logging in to osTicket.  Does osTicket store the user name you create in a master list, that always has the names you have used, and will not let you use that name again, even though you have deleted and might in the case want to use a name again, as in our case correcting an error and need to re-add the user?  Can this master list be updated to let you re-use a name again?  Thank you for your help

    A: Yes it adds the user to the ost_user_account table.  Deleting the user, or restoring from back up however would remove them from this table.

    Q: Can this master list be updated to let you re-use a name again?
    A: Yes.  Use the add user features in the ui.
