"Read" ticket - Feature Request

I was wondering if there was any way to mark a ticket as "read", but there is not much discussion about it online.

For the upcoming version, it would make it a lot easier to be able to mark a ticket as "read", as well as be able to sort by read status and search by read status. Like your email, it would be nice if the unread tickets were bold, while the read tickets were not bold.

  • Currently, Posting a response marks tickets as "read" by removing the bold from the ticket number. But other wise ost 1.7 doesn't have a "mark as read" option.
