Hello, ich have an issue with using the editor for email templates. I can edit templates when in "normal" mode, but when i switch to code it doesn't work. All changes I do in code mode won't save. Any ideas?ThanksJulia
oh..maybe you need a reason why i have to switch to code mode. in some templates the links don't work and i read in this forum that you have to modify the links in code mode. this is how the link looks like when it doesn't work:<a href="http://x.x.x.x/osticket/upload/scp/%%7Bticket.staff_link%7D">#%{ticket.number}and in other templates it looks like this which works:<a href="%{ticket.staff_link}">#%{ticket.number
version of osTicket? Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting guidelines located in this thread: Please read before requesting assistance. The more information you give us the better we will be able to assist you. Thank you.
Version is 1.9.7. Are there any issues with the editor under this version? I already tried IE and Firefox but it doesn't seem to be a browser problem.Meanwhile I found a workaround for this problem by editing the template directly in the database.
There are a few issues with the editor (Redactor) and there are associated issue reports over at github, and the one that you are describing sounds familiar. I looked but dont see it. The work around that you did was the what I was going to suggest regardless.
