Hi Guys... OsTicket has improved a lot since I first tried it a
few years back. Current task is to seamlessly integrate OsTicket
into our web-site.. spreadmon.com/support/index.php
This site is responsive down to a min-width of 640px for the
support page , which seems to be the
practical limit. There are a few simple tweaks to the CSS that made this
work, and it may be of help to share them here...
.../assets/default/css/theme.css
table { width: 100%;}.clear { /* visibility: none; */ visibility: hidden;}#header p { text-align: right; width: 300px; margin: 0; padding: 20px 16px 0 0;}#new_ticket_wrap { width: 65%;}#check_status_wrap { width: 65%;}#ticketForm > table { table-layout: fixed; margin: 0 auto; width: 100%;}#ticketForm > table td + td { float: left; width: auto;}#reply textarea { width: 100%;}
For larger display sizes, most of these changes make little difference
to client pages in the current release, and it may be useful to add some
of them to future releases.
