Hi,
Hope you can help, i've recently updated our ticket system from 1.7 RC2 to 1.7 RC4.
Upgrade went fine, except now we've an issue when someone creates a new ticket via e-mail (Gmail account & cron job) it successfully creates the ticket but doesn't send the autoresponder to the user - it worked in RC2.
I've checked in Admin Panel > Settings > Autoresponder > New Ticket is Enabled
Have gone to Admin Panel > Emails > Diagnostic > Test e-mail comes through fine
Email Template is Active
All other e-mail alerts are still working, assigning a user, if I update the ticket the user receives a reply - so it's only a new ticket e-mail reply.
Information:
Mail Sending: phpMail
Mail Fetching/Receiving: IMAP (works)
PHP version: 5.3.2
Operating System: Linux 2.6.32-39 Ubuntu
Let me know if you need any further information,
Cheers,
Mark.
Update: Seems it's an issue with our mail. We have an Exchange 2010 Distribution Group which forwards e-mail to the Gmail inbox, which then goes to the Ticket system. We used to get a reply from creating new tickets, but now we don't. I have just sent a test e-mail directly to the Gmail account and have received a reply - so the ticket system is working as intended.
