Greetings all.
I have setup this wonderful utility. However, my agents internally can receive ticket updates via email. However I cannot send email externally. Therefore my clients can't receive updates on the tickets they post, nor email notifications. I have setup the responders and such but ....
I get the following error:
Failed to add recipient: zzz@externalemail.com [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 550, response: 5.7.1 Unable to relay)
I changed the email address for my clients security.
