Is there anyway to edit the columns displayed in the default 'Open Tickets' view? For example, right now it shows Ticket, Date, Subject, From, Priority, Assigned To......Is there anyway to have it show additional columns, for example Department? It would be really helpful fopr us to be able to see what department a ticket is currently in without having to go into the ticket first. We have multiple people responsible for assigning tickets to their applicable departments and it would it be helpful if they could see that info immediately. Thanks!
