osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
If I drag and drop a document (picture, Word, Excel, etc.) from an email I always receive an error message saying "Your browser is not supported" (see attached picture). Tested with Chrome and IE.
However, if I first save the document to my computer and then drag and drop it into the ticket then it works. Same document and everything.
Is there some sort of formatting difference when the document is still in the email or is this an error in osTicket? Thank you.
