So when a staff logs into osticket, you would like
1. to redirect the staff to the dashboard
2. a listing of all open issues that are assigned to them on the dashboard
3. to remove the system log from the dashboard
No you cannot do that with out drastically changing the source files. However the way it works now when a staff logs in it shows them the open tickets. You can customize this a little and display some other things by going to Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets.
You can enable the following options:
Show assigned tickets on open queue.
Show answered tickets on open queue.
