When the user opens a ticket and receives a "New Ticket" email:

If you wish to send additional comments or information regarding this issue, please don't open a new ticket. Simply login using the link above and update the ticket.
Technical Support
When the user clicks the "support.osticket.com/view.php?e=customeremail@live.com&t=10021", it opens up a new email in Outlook to a destination of customeremail@live.com. This is wrong.
When clicking the link, it should open the page in Firefox/Explorer/Chrome and bring them to the ticket website to view their ticket.
Instead, when clicking the link, MS Outlook opens up a new email and puts the email addy in the To: field thinking the URL is a "mailto:".
I hope I explained it well.
How do I fix this problem?
