Hi,I have some department like abuse, postmaster, general, livechat.Ech department have a special filter, some department have a auto reply message if the filter is triggered example abuse tickewt will generate an auto reply message.I want create new filter with e new temporary reply who will be added to all deprtment opened ticket but seems if I create this rule with the same order number or more or less just only one auto reply will be added example in abuse department.I want two filter two auto reply added to a ticket this because I need add a vacation message to all department withut remove the existing filter and auto reply from different department.Is possibile create a filter who will add an auto reply also for deaprtment with already have a filter with one auto reply already set up?If not in future this should be added.I tested but the two auto reply are not posted in the ticket just only one.
