[resolved] Alert mails stop working after migration


my osticket worked perfectly. I've migrated the DB and osticket to another server and the alert mails stop to send automaticaly.
I've done a test sending a mail to me from osticket  and it works perfectly, I didn't change anything in the alert configuration, in the code neither.
Do you have an idea how to resolve this issue?

  • I've resolved the issue. Someone has changed the email alert default without inform me (admin) so I've changed again and it works. thanks.
