My team is currently able to set pending and open status through the Action dropdown when viewing a single ticket.
I'm attempting to add a button that will set the status for multiple tickets to pending, akin to closing/reopening multiple ticket button which is already implemented, however I'm having difficulties in determining what is actually missing.
I know there is code somewhere which will allow me to change the status to multiple tickets, and I'm certain I can create said code; I simply do not know where the code is located.
The code for the buttons are within include/staff/tickets.inc.php:

Which creates the button just fine, providing the popup confirmation message, however the status does not change after clicking OK.
Any help in locating where else I need to make changes would be appreciated.
