I have set up a simple ticket filter, but the system will not allow me to enable it...I simply want to auto assign tickets with a certain Ticket ID to a Team.What settings would prevent a filter to be enabled?

How would you know what the ticket ID is before the ticket is created?I'm not aware of any settings that would prevent a ticket filter being enabled... except for maybe if that filter didn't have enough to actually do anything.
