Access to Open Tickets

In the Agent Panel - I need our Dept. Manager to be able to view all open tickets and see who they are assigned to, but we need the Agents to only see unassigned tickets (and not each other's assigned tickets).  Is this possible and, if so, how?


  • The department manager can see tickets in their departments.
    Agents can see any ticket assigned to a department that they have access to. 
    They will always see each others assigned tickets.
