As far as I can see there are only two options - anyone can register or no one can (only an agent can set up a new user).There is really a third option that is frequently used, and in my particular case really necessary, for anyone to be able to register and confirm their registration but then it should require Agent review and approval.I do not want the system open to everyone. I want it restricted to our clients and their employees so we want to vet each new user.As things stand the only option is to select agent setup only, which is a real pain all round. The user should be really doing all the work of entering their details and the agent should then be able to just authorize or decline a new application.
