Since modding my installation to include a custom field staff are no longer receiving new message alerts when a client responds to a ticket. New ticket alerts are working fine and everything seems ok on the client side.
Not seeing any visible error messages, but I am getting:
PHP Warning: session_start() : Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/support/main.inc.php on line 48
In /api/error_log but this appears to have been going on for a couple of years without issue.
I haven't changed my alert settings since before the mod, new message alert is enabled for last respondent and assigned staff.
Any advice for diagnosing this would be much appreciated.
Running OST 1.6 ST with piping for incoming mail and SMTP for outgoing on PHP 5.2.17
