DB Error #1142

We have migration to new server and osTicket upgrade from 1.9.12 to 1.9.14
Currently we get errror message  like below.
Any help in solving the problem would be greatly appreciated.

My config:

MySQL 10.0.26
PHP 5.6.24-0+deb8u1

  • SELECT command denied to user ''@'localhost'

Your database user does not appear to have a user name...
  • Yes.
I see that in this error log.

But do you have any concept where I can check it in osTicket config ?
This is little strange as all ticket are created.

  • The MySQL Username is stored in /include/ost-config.php
