There used to be a page for a customer to see all their tickets when they logged in with one ticket's information. Will that be making a return or does it need to be turned on somewhere?
As a reminder RC's are Release Candidates which is a fancy way of saying
Beta software. Please always update to the latest Release Candidate
before reporting a bug. Thank you.
I'm also very interested in this.Has the option for end users (without registering) to view their "My Tickets" page being removed?Or is there any way to enable it?
Customers (users) can see their tickets when they log in.If they do not log in they cannot.
But this used to be possible in previous version, right?
Yes if a client logged in they could see their other tickets, like they can now.
But before they didn't need to set a password, they could just login using email + ticket number (and would also see all other tickets in their name).
correction, before the ticket # acted as their password.
There is no way now to use the ticket # as password? So users don't have to remember yet another password.
