getting html tags while creating new ticket through API

When i am posting new ticket through json API parse i am getting the html tags also in the message option. What i am actually trying to do is, I have created a form which take value of client name, client email, subject, ip address, message(through editor) and sending all these information through json API. The tickets are creating into the system but the message is showing html tags also. You can also see the attached file about what i am saying. Is there any way to solve this issue as my ticket system is working live and i need to implement this API system ASAP.

  • Well for starters you are using a modified version of osTicket and not the stock version.  So we have no way of know what was changed... Secondly You haven't really provided us with any information with which to assist you.
