In order to keep our customers better informed with the status of their equipment in our repair shop, I want to have the replies that post in the ticket to be referenced there as well. Keeping all internal notes out of the customer's eyesight and the others being posted there.
As of right now, nothing is posting to the customer portal side of things It simply shows that they have, or once had, a ticket opened with us, and how many tickets they have had if they are a repeat customer.
Kinda lost on how to even begin to address this.
