My admin page is at
scp/admin.php?t=pref
but the link at the top of the page, for the word 'Enable':
"System is set to offline mode - Client interface is disabled and ONLY admins can access staff control panel. Enable."
also goes to
scp/admin.php?t=pref
so it can't enable online mode. I expect that is supposed to be pulling through something else as well, rather than scp/admin.php?t=pref.

I set it on the page settings:
Helpdesk Status Online (Active) Offline (Disabled)
and saved it, and it works, but the message at the top still says I'm in offline mode, even though I can see the customer help desk now.

It asked me to change the permissions on ost-config.php from 777 to 644 (I can't remember why they were 777!) and now the message goes away, but if I disable the help desk, it comes back, and pressing the 'Enable' link in the message still doesn't work. When I enable the help desk using the radio button
Helpdesk Status Online (Active) Offline (Disabled)
and save, the message is still there at the top saying it's disabled, but if I refresh the page it goes away.
