Hello allI'm running osTicket 1.9.14 and i've noticed that the new ticket mails are not sent when a customer open a new ticket. The send is enabled on the menu, i've tried to disable and re-enable it and it doesnìt work. I've tried to do some diagnostic an the other mails are sent well, so the problem the is only when a ticket become opened, the problem is the same ad for the email tickets and for the tickets opened via web page, have you some suggestion?
