Hey! I'm not quite sure if the title is written correctly :)What I need to achieve is f.e. in my department there are 4 helpdesk workers. We are trying to avoid having special responsibilities only for specified person so everybody is managing every ticket. The problem is that ticket is automatically assigned to department, but we need it to be assigned to a person.Is there any way to configure ticket assigning that each ticket will be assigned to next person in department?So the workload on each person will be equal and fair :)
