Nah man, pjax is a "time-saver" for the server, in that it only has to render the bit that changed and send that back to the client, each client should still work properly without it.Most of the time, the actual "header/footer" stuff isn't really that time-consuming for a server to generate anyway, in osTicket it's basically "add this menu to that template".. The likes of GitHub and Facebook have a high-enough concurrent userbase that shaving 0.5% off each request turns into piles of hard-currency.. Most of osTicket admins won't see a benefit really. If it causes a problem, it can be harder to debug as well.. but really, it's not going to do much to turn it off.
